When my Dad was diagnosed with Celiac several years ago, I got tested. I tested negative for Celiac. But when I stopped eating wheat, my life changed so much for the better. I am so sensitive to gluten that even many gluten free items are cross contaminated and make me sick.
Now, I can eat out at restaurants and at other people’s homes without the stress of worrying about unintentional “Glutenizing”. I also am able to indulge in the gluten-full foods that I have been missing for years – without ANY side effects from the wheat. It is absolutely amazing.
My son is a college student who tells clients who say they are gluten-sensitive or intolerant to try Glutagest, also. Both of my sons have been thrilled with the freedom Glutagest has given us. My significant other cooks everything gluten-free for us; but, because of Glutagest, now we can have some of the things that I have missed sharing with him (beef wellington, for example...).
I found that many wineries actually seal their wine barrels with wheat paste – so many wines make me sick. Going out for dinner with friends and sharing a bottle of wine was a pain in the neck. Now, though, I can take 2 Glutagest and then just enjoy sharing a bottle of wine with the rest of the table.
